EBC Limerick Ltd, reserves the right to modify the contents of its courses and reserves the right not to provide an advertised course if insufficient number of students apply. EBC Limerick will notify students if this occurs.
A deposit of �100 should be included with the application form.
There are no circumstances in which tuition fees are refunded to the applicant with the exception if a course is under-subscribed and does not commence. Full fees will be refunded if this occurs.
Once a course has commenced there will be no refund of fees.
All fees are to be paid to EBC Limerick prior to the course commencing. No learner will be allowed to sit in on lectures without payment of fees. Examination and registration fees are not included, however students will be notified of these dates and amounts by the college Night Course Co-ordinator.
EBC Limerick will try to assist and accommodate students to the best of its ability, however it is the responsibility of the learner to inform the college of any medical condition which may affect attendance of lectures or if certain conditions are necessary, example, a ground floor room.
It is the responsibility of the learner to ensure they fulfil the entry requirements set out below and to ensure the course chosen is suitable for the him/her.

EBC Limerick encourage prospective students to enrol early by completing and signing the application form and returning it with a booking deposit of €100. Application forms which are not signed cannot be processed.
It is the responsibility of the learner to ensure that they meet any entry requirements set out to sit a course.
Payment of fees for the chosen course are to be paid in full prior to the course commencing.
