This is part of an up-to-date suite of IT qualifications designed in consultation with business and leading industry experts. It is aimed anyone wanting to improve their IT skills, whether as a computer user or as an IT professional.
Introduction
This course will give students an in-depth and comprehensive knowledge in the operation and use of the most up to date software applications. For the award of an Advanced Diploma, you must successfully complete the assessments for one core unit plus two optional units.

Objective
Equip students with e-Quals user qualifications which are ideal to get the best out of your computer. Help build skills and confidence in a range of areas including word-processing, using spreadsheets and databases, desktop publishing and web design.

The majority of lecturers will provide lecture notes/course material throughout the course.
