Assessment of all management is normally by a portfolio of evidence which demonstrates that the candidate can perform to the required level. Professional discussion is encouraged.
Participants should normally be employed in a personnel function. No formal entry qualifications are required.
Candidates can progress to level 5 in Personnel Strategy which is designed for senior practicing personnel professionals.
